Bundles Hour Packages
Hourly rate
An invoice will be produced on the last working day of the month, after commencement of the contract. This will be due for payment no longer than 7 days after the invoice date.
Packaged rate.
An invoice will be produced at the start of the month and be payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please note - All taxes, NI, Pension and associated "employee" costs are covered within the packaged price, all you pay is the invoiced price.
If any sum payable to ABSOLUTE SECRETARIAL by the Client in accordance with the contract remains outstanding for more than 14 days from the due date for payment, ABSOLUTE SECRETARIAL reserves the right, without prejudice to any other right or remedy it may:
Charge interest on such overdue sum on a day-to-day basis from the original due date until paid in full at a rate of 4% per annum above base lending rate of Bank of England in force from time to time, whether before or after any decree; and refrain from conducting the Services (or any part thereof) until such sum and any interest payable thereon is paid in full by the Client.
